Amnyi Trulchung Rinpoche arriving in Wellington on Friday April 15th.
Dear Students, Supporters and Friends
I hope you all very well and happy.
We are very happy to inform you that Amnyi Trulchung Rinpoche will be arriving in Wellington on NZ 422 Friday, 15 April from Christchurch at 08:55. You are invited to join the 'welcome party' at the airport.
Rinpoche continues the teaching on the 'Four Noble Truths' on Sunday, 17 April, 10:00am to 4:00pm [with a lunch break], at Dho Nyak Osel Ling, the Wellington Tibetan Buddhist Centre located at Turnbull House, 25 Bowen Street.
The following day, Monday, 18 April, 7:00pm to 8:30pm, Rinpoche will be continuing the teachings on the '37 Bodhisattva Practices', also at Turnbull House.
All are welcome to come along to these teachings. The cost for the Sunday is $60 and for the Monday evening it is $15.
Rinpoche is also happy to offer 'house blessings'. All who have had a 'house blessing' have said it is a lovely ceremony. There are limited appointments available, so please contact me promptly if you are interested and would like more information.
Rinpoche leaves Wellington on NZ 5741, Wednesday, 20 April at 13:00pm - worth knowing if you would like to see him off, or are meeting him at the other end.
It is very special that Rinpoche kindly travels to Wellington to give these teachings. We hope you will decide to join us for these teachings during his April visit.
If you have any questions or enquiries regarding Rinpoche's visit, and the Centre's ongoing activities, please contact me.
With best wishes,
Rick Sahar on behalf of the Wellington Centre and the Rigdzin Trust.
